Digital Wellbeing

Digital Wellbeing takes a more holistic approach to use of electronic devices and refers to physical and psycho-social well-being in a digital world’. Or in other words ‘how the time we spend in front of an electronic screen can impact on our physical and mental well being.

The internet is unlikely to go away and it has does have lots of positives but the negative traits will probably continue to grow as they are often where the money is made.

We, the digital consumers, need to be a little more aware of our digital behaviours so we can work the positive side of the internet and stay safe.
